She attended to all the details, and always walked an extra mile with myself and the tenant given that we had a busy travelling schedule. Usually, the agent is difficult to contact and of no help once they have closed the sale, but Ruby was there all the way through, even to the point of following up days after we had moved in to solve a couple of minor issues.
